Data controller
The controller of personal data supplied through the nROCS Web Studio enquiry form is ROCyber Solutions Sp. z o.o. Contact: rocybersolutions@gmail.com.
What we collect
The form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service and enquiry. Limited technical data may also be processed for Turnstile anti-abuse verification and request rate limiting.
Purposes and legal basis
We process enquiries to answer questions, prepare proposals and secure the form. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) for pre-contractual communications and Article 6(1)(f) for security and related legitimate interests.
Storage and providers
Enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1 configured for EU data jurisdiction. Cloudflare may process technical data in providing its services under its applicable data protection terms. Enquiry information is not automatically shared with advertising platforms.
Retention
We retain enquiries for the period necessary to handle correspondence and, where required, to establish or defend legal claims or meet legal obligations. Requests for deletion are assessed under applicable law.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, applicable data portability, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
Optional data and decisions
Providing information is voluntary, but contact information is necessary for a response. We do not use the enquiry form for automated decisions with legal effects or customer profiling.
